JOSEPH NTAIMO
Howdy! I’m Joseph Ntaimo, a 3rd year graduate student in Mechanical Engineering. I studied Meche with a focus in musical robots for undegrad at MIT (class of ’23) and I work on novel actuators in the Precision Motion Control Lab under Prof. David Trumper. I’m from College Station Texas, home of Texas A&M University, so you’ll probably hear me drop a few Howdys and Y’alls.
In addition to my actuator design work in lab, I also design novel musical instruments, am the social chair for MIT Makerworkshop, make sound-reactive LED setups and art installations, and enjoy speed cubing. I also love to cook, strength train, and regularly perform as a professional DJ.
Wanna learn to DJ? Wanna make something cool? Hit me up!
